Weekly Immersive Fields

What is Immersive Fields?
Immersive Fields is a form of Relational Field Work that combines psychodrama, somatic movement, authentic relating, improv, and systemic field-based practices.
Our foundation is that life is a living Field of energy and information, and that your body can learn to sense, translate, and move with it.
In this space, you are not being taught how to be.
You are remembering how to trust what is already within you.
The practice invites participants to explore emergent, non-linear expression through dance, embodiment, relationality, play, singing, feeling, sound, presence, and witnessing.
What happens in a session?
Dance, Movement & Embodiment
Move out of the head and into direct contact with your body, intuition, and aliveness.
Voice & Sound Exploration
Explore sound, expression, resonance, silence, and the intelligence of the body through voice.
Improvisational Role Play
Step into embodied scenes and symbolic roles inspired by psychodrama, theater, and relational play.
Field Work
Explore the unseen relational, ancestral, cultural, and collective patterns that shape our lives.
You do not need previous experience with movement, improv, field work, or embodiment practices. Beginners and experienced practitioners are welcome alike.
How Immersive Fields may support you
This may be for you if…
Immersive Fields is for people who are curious, open-hearted, and willing to explore themselves through movement, play, presence, and relationship.
A consent-centered space
Immersive Fields is warm and welcoming, and it is also built on consent, self-responsibility, confidentiality, and mutual care.
You are never required to do anything you do not want to do. Your yes and your no are both honored. You are encouraged to listen to your body, care for your needs, pause when needed, and participate in the way that works for you.
This space asks each participant to bring enough self-awareness, choice, and regulation to care for themselves while staying in respectful relationship with the group.
Who this is not for
Immersive Fields is not the right fit for everyone. This practice may not be a good fit if you are currently experiencing high levels of emotional, psychological, or nervous system dysregulation, are unable to honor your own boundaries or the boundaries of others, or are looking for a space to pursue romantic or erotic connection.
This is not a therapy group, crisis space, or substitute for professional mental health support.
You do not need to be perfectly regulated to participate. You do need to be able to notice your experience, communicate your boundaries, pause when needed, and respect the boundaries of others.
If you are unsure whether this space is a fit for you, please contact us before attending.
